NEW TO MASSAGE?
For your comfort, undergarments may be worn during treatment sessions, but rest assured our therapists are well-trained in proper draping procedures for your comfort and privacy.
This is your time and should be enjoyed to the fullest. Whether it is the massage pressure or music volume, please notify your therapist of any preferences you may have.

STUDIO GUIDELINES
If it is your first visit to Maritime Massage, please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment to complete intake paperwork. If you would prefer, you may download intake forms from our booking site, Vagaro. Click here to download the forms.
Face massages are available starting at age 16. Massages are available to guests 12 years and older. All minors must have parental consent for treatment and be accompanied by a parent or guardian as a signature for consent to treat minors is required.
Please notify your therapist if you have any allergies, physical ailments, disabilities, or are pregnant. With regard to pregnancy, we prefer to treat mothers who are past their first trimester. Additionally, some essential oils are not recommended during pregnancy. We do offer and can suggest safe alternatives if your favorite oil is not appropriate for you during pregnancy.
We recommend that alcohol not be consumed before, during, or immediately after your treatment.
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Your session will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
Because our Spa Treatments require additional preparation time, Because spa treatments require additional preparation time, no same-day changes to these bookings are permitted.
Standard gratuity for services is 15%-20%, but the amount you choose is at your discretion.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card number is required at the time you book your services. Cancellations must occur 24 hours prior to the appointment or you will be fully charged. 48-hour notice is required from groups of 3 or more.
FOR GROUPS OF 3 OR MORE...
DEPOSITS:No Deposit Required. By signing our Spa Party Agreement you acknowledge the credit card provided to secure each appointment will be charged in full for any and all late cancellations or no-shows.
TARDINESS/NO SHOWS: In order to effectively accommodate your group, prompt arrival is required and appreciated. We recommend that your group plan to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We cannot guarantee appointments for party members arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment times. This is considered a no-show/late cancellation. If time allows, the client will have the option of accepting an abbreviated version of the scheduled service at no discount, in which case, the service will not be extended past the original end time, so as not to delay others awaiting services. Because spa treatments require additional preparation time, no same-day changes are permitted.
PRIVACY POLICY
At Maritime Massage, we value and respect your privacy. We do not sell or otherwise share client information with others unless you have requested a release of your information or as required by law. Your information is used only for internal purposes such as registration, shipping information and informing you of promotions, special studio events and information about Maritime Massage.
Maritime Massage will only collect information about you that is provided to us voluntarily. If you provide us with postal information, Maritime Massage may use that information to send you periodic updates on special studio events, new products, and promotions.
